Lajmi u bë i ditur dje nga vetë Magyar, sipas raportimeve të shtypit vendas. Ai sqaroi se financimi i marrë nga Shkupi bën pjesë në katër dosjet e lidhura me veprimtarinë e “Eximbank”-ut, për të cilat Ministria e Ekonomisë dhe Energjetikës paraqiti kallëzime penale të enjten.

“Të enjten, Ministria e Ekonomisë dhe Energjetikës depozitoi katër kallëzime për mashtrim të dyshuar, me një vlerë totale prej një mijë miliardë forintash, në katër çështje të veçanta. Të gjitha kanë lidhje me operacionet e ‘Eximbank’-ut”, deklaroi Magyar.

Ai vuri në dukje se huaja u ofrua me kushte tejet lehtësuese, duke përfshirë një normë interesi prej 3,25 për qind.

OBRM-PDUKM siguron se ndërhyrja e shpejtë e organeve shtetërore do ta normalizojë gjendjen në Gostivar brenda një kohe rekord. Ata shtojnë se ekipi drejtues i Filipçes dhe koalicioni vendor, i përbërë nga LSD, BDI dhe Taravari, nuk posedojnë aftësitë e nevojshme për të administruar qytetin.

Partia në pushtet u bën thirrje të gjithë faktorëve politikë të tregojnë maturi, sidomos në situata që prekin drejtpërdrejt jetën e njerëzve. Në vend që të ushqehet frika pa nevojë, publiku duhet të marrë fakte të plota dhe t’u besohet profesionistëve që të kryejnë detyrën e tyre në qetësi, përmbyllin ata.

He recounted that someone, wearing the official state uniform, physically removed him from his workplace. He told the panel of judges that their role is essential in restoring citizens’ trust in the justice system.

“When a person disguises himself as a police officer or prosecutor in this spectacle, he jeopardizes the fate of an entire city,” he declared.

The Mayor of Tirana also noted that he secured two electoral mandates without ever needing to appeal to the Strasbourg Court, and warned that if such an act can happen to him, then every other citizen is at risk of becoming a victim of a similar scenario.

A 17-year-old has sustained serious bodily injuries caused by being struck by the propeller of a watercraft, necessitating his immediate transfer to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.

After being injured by the boat’s propeller in the water, the teenager received initial treatment at the Regional Hospital of Vlora.

A new wave of devastating fires has engulfed Southern Europe, as extreme temperatures worsen the situation in Spain, France, and other countries in the region.

Around 30,000 people have been forced to leave their homes, while thousands of firefighters are engaged on the front lines of the battle against the flames.

Due to fires that exceeded all forecasts during the third heatwave this summer, Madrid and the province of Ávila were placed under a state of emergency by Spanish authorities.

With the thermometer reaching up to 44.7 degrees Celsius, around 10,000 citizens in areas surrounding the Spanish capital received evacuation orders. Military emergency forces have also been involved in the firefighting operations.

The head of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, announced that the executive has made every possible resource available to stop the advance of the flames and urged residents to strictly follow the authorities’ directives.

Data from the European Forest Fire Information System (EFFIS) indicate that more than 1 million hectares of land have burned in Spain since the beginning of this year.

Meanwhile, in southwestern France, a colossal fire near the city of Bordeaux has consumed over 37,000 hectares of forest in just over a day.

Over 18,800 people, including thousands of holidaymakers, have been evacuated from campsites and holiday villas. According to official announcements, some residential buildings have been reduced to ashes, while around 800 firefighters and four aircraft are battling to contain the fire fronts.

A single individual carried out two knife attacks in New York, wounding two men in a short time span. During both incidents, the attacker shouted “Allahu Akbar,” according to police reports.

NYPD Chief Jessica Tisch announced that the victims are a person of Asian descent and another of Jewish background. Fortunately, after being transported to the hospital, both were confirmed to be out of life-threatening danger.

The acting president, Albulena Haxhiu, has confirmed that on Friday she will make public the date of the constitutive session of the Assembly. According to her previous announcements, this session is expected to be held in the first days of August.

In a statement given a few days ago, Haxhiu had explained the reasons for the delay in scheduling the session, emphasizing the need for political parties to have the necessary space to dialogue on the issue of electing the new president. “I have welcomed and supported the discussions between the prime minister and the head of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti. As you know, he held two meetings, one with the PDK and another with the LDK. The LDK interrupted the talks due to internal dynamics. Without wishing to interfere in the internal affairs of the parties, I believe it is essential that these meetings resume soon, so that we can move forward and reach a consensus on the president,” she stated.

Kosovo Democratic League MP Armend Zemaj has called for the convening of an Extraordinary Assembly of the party and the organization of internal elections, assessing this as the only step to return the LDK to success.

In a public statement, Zemaj addressed the party leader to take this action, amid internal debates that have intensified after recent political developments.

“My most honest appeal to the LDK chairman is to meet, call an Extraordinary Assembly and announce extraordinary elections, so that we pave the way for future victories of the LDK,” he said.

This request comes at a time when critical voices against the party leadership have multiplied, prompting discussions about the necessity of reforming and reorganizing the leadership structures.

Former MP candidate Blerim Sinani, in a response to the newspaper, stressed that the LDK must adhere to its Statute and that the Extraordinary Assembly process should be conducted in a democratic spirit. He appreciated the fact that the Presidency has begun preparations as a sign of respecting party rules.

“The LDK clearly defines in its Statute the procedure for calling an Extraordinary Assembly. If the legal conditions are met, it is in the party’s interest that the process be guided by the principles of internal democracy. The fact that the Presidency immediately started preparations shows that the LDK respects the Statute and remains the most democratic subject in the country,” Sinani said.

He added that delegates should have the final say on leadership, after a thorough discussion on the electoral result and the party’s future. Sinani stressed that the decision should be based on the best plan for the development of the LDK.

“Regarding the leadership issue, I believe the final word should be given by the delegates. They are the ones who expressed their will just a few months ago and have the legitimacy to determine the best path for the LDK. I believe that before voting, an open discussion is necessary not only about the electoral result but also about the future vision. Delegates have the right to be informed about the current leadership’s platform, the next steps and the approach in negotiations for the formation of institutions. In the end, the decision should be based not only on what has happened, but also on the conviction of what is the most favorable plan to move the LDK forward,” he concluded.

Political analyst Vesel Makolli, in a statement to the newspaper, assessed that the LDK needs reflection, unity and a democratic process to overcome the internal crisis. He underlined that the party leader must enjoy broad support and that the party should focus on the program, not on personal clashes.

“The situation in the LDK is alarming. Another assembly like that of ‘Chairs’ would mark the end of this party. The party urgently needs deep reflection, unity and a credible democratic process, where the leadership race is conducted with dignity, respecting different opinions and focusing on the program, not on personal conflicts. The membership and the citizens of Kosovo expect a vision, ideas and alternatives for governance, not internal quarrels that undermine trust in the party. The LDK, as one of the parties with the longest tradition in Kosovo, has the responsibility to preserve democratic culture and emerge from the crisis with stronger institutions, not with new divisions. If past mistakes are repeated, the consequences could be severe both for the party and for the electorate that desires a united and serious LDK,” Makolli emphasized.

He added that a distinction must be made between the trust a state leader must have and that which a party leader must have from the membership. According to him, a state leader with over 50% of popular support has strong legitimacy, but the standard for a party leader is higher. He must enjoy much broader support within the membership, because his role is to unite and represent the overwhelming majority of the structures.

“If the membership’s trust falls below 80%, the leader should seriously reconsider his work, approach and decisions. And when support drops below 60%, as happened in the last confidence vote for the LDK chairman and now with the collection of 43% of signatures for the General Assembly, this is a clear sign that trust has been severely damaged. In these circumstances, urgent actions must be taken that serve unity, the restoration of trust and the priority of party and state interest over any personal interest. No one should be bigger than the LDK itself, because this party has an extraordinary history and an irreplaceable role in building the state of Kosovo,” he continued.

Makolli stressed that in any democratic party, responsibility for the electoral result begins with the chairman. “In this context, Armend Zemaj’s call is a sincere appeal to the LDK chairman to convene an Extraordinary Assembly and announce extraordinary elections, to pave the way for LDK’s victories. This action would be in the interest of the LDK membership and supporters, of Kosovo and of chairman Abdixhiku himself, for whom an eventual dismissal by the General Assembly would mark the end of his political career,” he concluded.

In Gostivar, as a result of water contamination, the Food and Veterinary Agency has imposed 30 fines and ordered the temporary closure of 12 businesses. Intensified inspections are still ongoing, while some venues, retail outlets, and producers are facing restrictions and being forced to suspend operations, the LSDM reports.

According to the LSDM, these entrepreneurs are not to blame for the situation. They are victims of a mistake they did not commit.

“They are the target of VMRO-DPMNE and their organized crime group, as well as an incompetent staff that has shown complete disregard for public health. First, the residents were poisoned. Now, private entities are also bearing the consequences – bakeries, food suppliers, traders – who neither polluted the water nor hid the truth.”

The LSDM draws parallels with the price situation. For a long period, this party has insisted on interventions that would alleviate the effects of fuel price hikes.

“Mickoski and his executive lacked the ability to implement those measures. The consequence? Daily price increases, which are paid directly by the citizens. Now, again due to the fault of institutions led by Mickoski, the population was poisoned and private businesses will immediately feel the blow,” the LSDM stated./Telegrafi/

Ekspertët paralajmërojnë se ngrohja globale dhe braktisja e tokave bujqësore po krijojnë një terren ideal për zjarre gjigante, duke rritur ndjeshëm rrezikun e thatësirës në kontinent.

Profesori i inxhinierisë pyjore pranë Universitetit të Lleidës, Víctor Resco de Dios, theksoi se tashmë nuk mund të përjashtohen më skenarë katastrofikë të ngjashëm me ata të vërejtur në Kaliforni apo Australi.

“Së shpejti do të na duhet të pranojmë si të mundshme skenarë të tipit ‘Ferri i Dantes’, ku flakët gllabërojnë qindra mijëra apo edhe një milion hektarë,” deklaroi ai.

Valët e të nxehtit po shkaktojnë pasoja të rënda për popullsinë, bujqësinë dhe ekosistemet, ndërsa shkencëtarët theksojnë se ndryshimet klimatike i kanë bërë kushtet për përhapjen e zjarreve më të favorshme se kurrë më parë.

Kujtojmë që Policia përdori ujë me presion dhe spraj me piper ndaj protestuesve, ndërsa këta të fundit hodhën vezë ndaj disa deputetëve, si dhe hoqën gardhet metalike të vendosura në disa anë pranë institucionit.
